Is booking free?
Yes, booking through SheoraGlow is completely free. You pay directly at the parlour after your appointment.
How do I cancel a booking?
Go to My Bookings, find the appointment and click "Cancel". Free cancellation is available up to 2 hours before your appointment time.
How do I list my parlour?
Click "List Your Parlour" on our homepage, register as a vendor, fill in your parlour details, and our team will verify and approve you within 24 hours.
What if I have a bad experience?
We take quality seriously. Leave a review and if you had a serious issue, contact us directly via email or the form above and we'll resolve it promptly.
Are all parlours verified?
Yes — every parlour is manually reviewed by our team before appearing on the platform. We verify location, services, and quality standards.
